Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment Policy •The remaining balance can be paid with credit card or cash. 3rd party payment processing is no longer accepted (ex: zelle, cash app, venmo, Apple Pay) •All first time customers are required to complete a service waiver •A new set is required after 21 days without a fill. •If I am servicing outside of Miami please let me know about an additional guest so I can follow the salons rules I’m renting from. •10+ mins late = $20 late fee and the time will be deducted from your appointment. If I’m late 10+ I will credit you $20 • I am very efficient If you are later than 15 mins your appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged the remaining balance of your appointment. •Add on removal to your full set if you currently have lashes •If you would like to change your set a New Appointment must be book and you must add removal for time sensitivity •Remove makeup before arrival •Remove contacts upon arrival Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. If you reschedule more than once your appointment will be canceled and forfeit your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour. You will be charged 100% off the service. If you want to reschedule within the 24 hour window of your appointment you are required to pay an additional fee of $100 All No Call No Show Appoinments will be charged 100% of the service Failure to comply to the policy can cause your appointment to be canceled and banned from any future appointment.
